PRIVACY

Privacy in plain language

You stay in control of the information you share.

Here is what the website collects when you send a message, complete the free assessment, or book an intro call, why it is used, and how to request its removal.

01 / WHAT YOU SHARE

Messages, assessments, and readiness tools

The contact form collects the details you enter. The free assessment collects your answers, contact details, and tailored recommendation. The three readiness tools store the business or project details you enter locally in your browser and do not upload them automatically. The government contracting tool may also store identifiers and records you choose to enter—including an EIN, UEI, CAGE code, physical address, personnel and past-performance details, and attached files—only on that device. Information from a readiness tool reaches AK Randall Digital only when you take an explicit action: click Get Full Report in the government contracting tool, use a tool's opt-in share-with-Andrew option, use the government tool's save-my-results option, or email the information directly. Because locally stored information remains available to other users of the same browser profile, avoid entering sensitive details on a shared or public device and clear the tool or your browser's site data when finished. The site may also note the page you came from and how you found it so your request can be understood and answered.

02 / STORAGE

Where your information is kept

When direct delivery is active, messages and completed assessments are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to AK Randall Digital. Your information is not sold or used to build unrelated marketing lists.

03 / BOOKING

When you book through Google Calendar

Google provides the embedded booking calendar. The information you enter there is handled under Google's terms and is used to create, confirm, and manage your appointment.

04 / ANALYTICS

How site performance is measured

The site may record page views, general traffic source, device category, scroll depth, and actions such as starting an assessment or requesting a call. Analytics can include broad outcome labels, such as an assessment path or recommendation, but never a name, email address, phone number, company name, message, or detailed response summary.

05 / REPORTING

Private notifications and summaries

Lead notifications and aggregate site-performance summaries may be emailed to AK Randall Digital so inquiries can be answered and the website can be improved. These reports are for internal business use.

06 / YOUR CHOICES
